Could you pls share with your customers HERE the exact step by step instruction to unsubscribe by using the *131# menu? I explored the CRT menu for a while, there are three items seem relevant but none of them works:
- Delete CRT --> getting response I don't have any CRT
- Delete CRT package --> same response as above
- Change renewal option --> this sub menu only gives option to change subscription renewal from monthly to weekly. There's no option to unsubscribe.
