The person I'm complaining : Devour (Frixfox Solution)

Bought 2 Y50-70 from Devour, which is Frixfox Solution owner on 5th Jan 2015. The price I've paid is with ADD ON Carry In Warranty Extended price for the BOTH laptops. Since after I've receive my both laptop, the 500GB SSHD version body is damaged and bent out, I assume that this is the factory defect and this laptop is for my sister and she feels ok then we didn't ask for the responsibility from Devour as it doesn't affect the laptop performance. After about one month, I ask Devour have he register the extended warranty for my both laptop, he said soon. Early this month I call him asking about the registration of the extended warranty and he said that he've already done that. Today, I check my warranty again and it doesn't show that my warranty for my both laptop have been extended one more year.

I hereby to request help from every lowyat member to help me tag him into this post to clarify ( sorry, I doesn't know how to do that). If after Devour been tagged and doesn't show up clarify and explain, I will go to make a police report and also will send a complaint to e-Tribunal.

I'm still a new buyer that time, didn't know have to do a background check before buying things

its very common these, u get con on warranty lucky not con with fake product or cash without product.
When i 1st time deal i did use background check on name, ID, etc just to be safe.. even when i as seller i do check on buyer lol.. you gain ur new lesson anyway good luck to claim the extend warranty

His prices are good.
But I don't believe in his "extended warranty".

I bought a Y500 some time back, didn't take extended warranty.
My gf back then bought a laptop too (can't remember which model), and paid for extended warranty.

How many times bug him to ask whether extended warranty already or not, he kept on saying soon, later, will do, etc until I eventually gave up.
Thankfully both laptops no problem, and have passed the original manufacturer warranty + "extended warranty" period already.

It wasn't that big if a crime for me to have opened a dispute thread here back then. But given this thread exists now, I'd like to convey my dissatisfaction.
