Bare in mind that all the prices I found from lelong.com.my and you should do more research on these parts because idk if they support each other (they should IMO). Swapped out the GTX 760 to the GTX 960 cause idk why the 760 still so damn expensive. RAM was expensive.. but you can find cheaper if you can.

I think you also need to be aware that 'budget' and 'play all the latest games' don't necessarily go together very well these days.

Sure, you may be able to play most on lower settings and reduced frame rates, but that may not be up to your expectations.

Most people don't play games using the minimum requirements stated on the box.
