 problem to receive Maybank TAC No., anyone having this problem with celcom?

I just want to know anyone from celcom user, face the problem to receive Maybank TAC Request no. or any SMS through internet ??

I used this celcom prepaid line 014 ( sarawak line) for few months. Only this month (October), I can't received those SMS through internet ( normal h/p to h/p SMS still no problem)

I had registered 3 times at ATM machine , but still can't receive SMS from internet request. I also asked the Maybank stuff about this problem. They told me that the problem was from celcom. Last night, I had made a report at Celcom office.

Is anyone of you have come to this problem before ?

Nope .... Even 5 times requests ...yet I never receive it. Really don't know, why ?

this is the most guaranteed way to get a safe code.
but, still you must do the payment with internet to key in the TAC.

for my case, I just can't receive my TAC through internet request. So, I will go to ATM machine to get the TAC and go in Maybank stuff room. use the public computer to proceed with my fund payment transfer. this is really take me lots of time....

but, before this is just fine ... until that moment, Maybank website is jammed and operated as slow as snail ( remember that time ? end of september -- if I am not mistake).

I will wait for celcom to contact me.... hope this problem will be solved ASAP. Really wasting many of my time to rush to bank .

I had registered more that 3 times at ATM machine. It was ok at first ( before october, 2006). I can get TAC within 1 minute time.

014/013/019 are all celcom line. I asked my friends with 013/019 line, they said they never encounter this problem before. Before this I use 013 line and just change to this 014 line few months before. I did registered at ATM machine and successfully receive TAC before October,2006.

Problem only happen at this month. No matter how many times I registered at ATM ( more than 3 times), yet I can't receive TAC through internet request. But, I can see "successful request" status at the Maybank website. I still can receive SMS ( h/p to h/p) from west/east Malaysia. I also can't receive other internet SMS like sms activation code etc rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

I am not sure if this TAC only last for 2 hours.
because, before this I could use 1 TAC for whole day fund transfer.
Maybe sarawak system is different than west malaysia ? not sure...

ya. Maybank stuff also tell me the same thing. I am sure this is problem with celcom or maybe my h/p ? I am using Asus V66 ... but so far is ok. only until this month, problem starts. *sigh*

I brought h/p to celcom already. But, that celcom lady only asked my prepaid celcom number, then she checked with computer and told me " everything seems to be ok." At last, she helped me to make a report ( actually I had made an e-mail report to celcom, but not yet receive the reply). I also got the report number.

I will wait celcom reply. I think can get the answer by this week.

but, the question is why only me with this problem. so far, no body report the same problem.

then .... I suspect my h/p got problem. maybe with the setting ??

any asus v66 user here, know about sms blocking thing ?? maybe I wrongly set up something ??

I am thinking " how TAC is sent to h/p" ? internet / network/ satellite ??
sms and mms is sent by same method, right ?? a bit confused here.

ya ... I will leave this sms/mms to IT creator.

tomorrow morning, I am going to try my sim card with other h/p and see how it works.

my answer will be surprising you ...
I can't find any h/p to test it (whether you believe it or not ). everybody seems too busy with life, can't even take few seconds for the testing ...

Try with other h/p. still the same problem. can't receive TAC even after 5 times request. Don't know what to do now. only wait Celcom to solve it for me ( hopefully ).

Maybank website show status "successfully", but my 014 prepaid line never receive TAC. Like drop into deep sea ...
