QUOTE(work_tgr @ Oct 28 2006, 10:46 PM) this is the most guaranteed way to get a safe code. Yes, this is very time wasting as the TAC is only valid for 2 hours. After that, you can't do the transaction. So, you must make sure you get the TAC from ATM and do the transaction within 2 hours time.but, still you must do the payment with internet to key in the TAC. for my case, I just can't receive my TAC through internet request. So, I will go to ATM machine to get the TAC and go in Maybank stuff room. use the public computer to proceed with my fund payment transfer. this is really take me lots of time.... but, before this is just fine ... until that moment, Maybank website is jammed and operated as slow as snail ( remember that time ? end of september -- if I am not mistake). |

QUOTE(David83 @ Oct 28 2006, 11:25 PM) I think Maybank2u TAC can last longer than 2 hours; last time used to be the whole day. But everytime i request TAC from ATM, the printed slip will show valid for 2 hours only. I never try to do any transaction after 2 hours But CIMB is confirmed valid for 2 hours as it is stated in the SMS itself. |

QUOTE(work_tgr @ Oct 29 2006, 08:52 PM) ya. Maybank stuff also tell me the same thing. I am sure this is problem with celcom or maybe my h/p ? I am using Asus V66 ... but so far is ok. only until this month, problem starts. *sigh* Then looks like it is really your hp setting. Do you have any friend using similar model hp as you ? Probably you can compare I brought h/p to celcom already. But, that celcom lady only asked my prepaid celcom number, then she checked with computer and told me " everything seems to be ok." At last, she helped me to make a report ( actually I had made an e-mail report to celcom, but not yet receive the reply). I also got the report number. I will wait celcom reply. I think can get the answer by this week. Don't too depend on Celcom response. They also help me to make a report and told me i will get the response in 3 days time. But now already 2 weeks without any news. You know what i mean, right ? |

I think both Maxis and Celcom are quite similar in term of their services. There is no advantage at all if you switch to the other service provider. I'm using Maxis and my wife is using Celcom.
