Hello Admin,

Currently I'm subscribing Astro IPTV packages from the Maxis FTTH services. To whom I can refer to if I got any query related to the services? Whether to Astro or Maxis? If I can refer to Maxis for any related issues, is it enough for me to provide my Astro account number or I supposed to be provided/have separate Maxis account number?

For your information, I'm having problem in establishing VPN connection from my Maxis FTTH Internet to my office. I was told that Maxis blocked those ports that related to the VPN service. I really need to use the service in my works.

Please refer to the attached snapshot for the pop-up error that I got when establishing the VPN's connection.

get a case number so can pressure astro iptv to fix asap.
