There's company with many classic and old rusty cars. It's located at this address:

No. 251, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (opposite RHB Bank Headquaters & beside the Time Headquaters)

Can visit their site too - http://www.amcmotorsasia.com/

The company is renting those cars for video shootings, movies and whatnot.
People at that place are real classic car enthusiasts - friendly and willing to brief you on each car's model, specs etc.
But beware of weird dogs there lol... There's one which was just following me, staring, but not barking or trying to bite. Suspicious behaviour, kinda gets on your nerves... haha.

Here are the photos of most cars from that place:

Some old rusty ones first, I don't even know the model names of some of these... heh:

I really have a lot of respect for these cars... the kind of respect you have for your parents or grandparents. There's something magnificent about them. After so many years, these cars are still running and look great in their own way. Honestly, I don't think many cars built today could have such a long lifespan.

I think it's a common misbelief. All those numbers can be owned by whoever has enough money to pay for them. Royalty don't even use plate numbers - they just have emblems instead of plate numbers.

E.g. T1, W1 and M1 are currently all privately owned, not by royalty at all. Just very rich people. T1 belongs to Tengku Petra (Petra Perdana Berhad boss), W1 belongs to Datuk William Chong (USF-Hicom boss). M1 belonged to some Melaka Minister some time ago, not sure about now. Other single-character single-digit numbers that I've seen also belong to regular people with regular cars.

The price of single-character-single-digit plate is usually a 6-digit figure. So whoever inherited one from the beginning of 20th century are now really lucky.

Last time that guy with L18 Lambo used to have a yellow Gallardo (L18) and grey DB9 (MAY18), now changed to LP640 (L18) and M5 (MAY18). Used the same numbers on both cars, meaning that he has probably sold Gallardo and DB9 (I'm just guessing here). Someone posted pix of 'before' and 'after' cars here some time back...

Anyways...

Firstly, saw E-Class limo at KLCC the other day. Sausage car.

Secondly, there were 2 new Lotuses for show in KLCC today (1st of June) - Lotus Exige S and Lotus Europa S.
