I wonder if the speedometer of the gen2 is really accurate. Since aerodynamic drag is a quadratic function (the drag force on 200km/h is 4 times the drag force on 100km/h) and with only 82kW of stock engine power. I would think the 180km/h claimed by proton have much more sense.

last time I tried my father's 1975 toyota corona 1.6, I went to 95mph. this was even with bigger tyre radius (185/70 r14 vs 175/70 r13) so I reckon got pass 160km/h already.

It has a Cd figure of 0.31. Compare that to Konigsegg CCR at 0.3.
The figure is for the Daihatsu Sirion but I'm sure the Myvi has pretty much the exact same aerodynamic shape. I'm sure Gen 2 is as aerodynamic as well.

It has low drag coefficients but the car has quite big normal surfaces which increases the drag force.

Drag coefficient for large velocities (like cars) does not include the reference area (maybe/ may not be exactly the normal surface area). Drag coefficient is a dimensionless unit.
