Wah, so many speed demons here la! I'm shocked to c those photos which u guys dare to snap during that mad speed! As for me, the fastest i went (where my balls almost at my throat) is 252 km/h along the Putrajaya-KLIA highway early this year.

Guys, would it be considered if i sat in some other people's car (not mine) & reached over my above speed liimit? Does it counts also since i sat in the car & not driving it?

My Camry SVX 10 2.2L (1997) running with the bulletproof 5S-FE gave me the best of 480 km max for a tank of RM 120 fuel. That's city-driving style where stop & go are normal but tried clocked 560 km for the same amount of fuel if highway-cruising.

Meanwhile, my Wira that's running on hybrid 1.8L mivec with custom-ratio manual gearbox able to pump out 520 km for a tank of RM100 fuel. Err..... that's for city-driving la, if outstation cruising on highway..... the max i done is 630 km for the same amount of fuel. I'm running Haltech standalone mgmt for that Wira of mine. Ok ka the FC for my car? Dunno how to judge save or not as i usually fill up my cars' tank when the warning lamp lights up.

zeist, my Wira downgraded from VR4 to hybrid mivec 1.8L edi bcoz of 2 reasons. 1st is kena caught by JPJ bcoz didnt endorse & register the bloody engine b4 driving it on the road & 2nd one, eventually blown the damn engine after my right-leg-o-heavy syndrome getting worst.

Therefore, no more choice but to downgrade to a smaller engine & wanna pump out the best from NA engines. Hehehehe......

Yes, my Wira previously kena caught by JPJ for not endorsing the bloody VR4 last time. Managed to get away with it but have to pay coffee money & let off with a condition, which is to downgrade the VR4 to a limit of 1.8L as specified clearly by the Pengarah Bhg. Teknik JPJ Malaysia.

I managed to redeem back my car less than a day with my insider contact & also loads of ready $$$. No demerit points given to me till now..... not that i'm aware of. Mivec 1.8L peanut engine only la...... i loved my previous 4G63T full blown boost engine more! Hahahaha.....

Added on September 25, 2007, 10:32 pmI managed to get 216.7 bhp on wheels for my hybrid setup. That was earlier this year after CNY when i dyno-tuned my car by my mechanic, who's my best old friend. I dunno how much it costs now to convert non-mivec to 1.8L mivec but as for me, i've spent more than RM 35k for this current Mivec 1.8L of mine.

Long time didnt keep myself updated with these car mods & engine stuffs as no time edi compared to few years back. So i think u gotta ask some other sifu here as i'm just a noob.

shinjite, well..... based on what i've melted my $$$ onto my mivec setup, i would say it's worth it & bear in mind that i'm still with NA engine. My rev limit for my engine currently is at 9,200 rpm but that was twice i redline it till. Once by my tuner & another time myself accidentally.

I'm planning to opt for Nitrous-oxide by the end of this year for some extra oommpph...... dunno can afford it or not as currently too many commitments edi. Sigh!

I met with a young chap who drove a GSR-ed Satria in June this year when i visited Sunway car-tuning heaven area for some stuff. The guy thought that i'm some sort of noob where he told me that his 4G93T GSR rev-limit is at 9500 RPM before it flats out! I was like WTF!!!

When i checked out his engine setup, the only noticeable part in his engine bay is a bigger turbine, which is a TD05H twin-fin originated from LanEvo. When i asked bout what mgmt he's running in his car, he told me this phrase, "taiko nothing much la, i used only SAFC II with AVCR set boost until 1.5 bar. Everything yin chong, no need play high cams or what so ever la. I also feel that it's fast enough jor."

I wanted to try match turbo setup onto my mivec which usually known as mivec turbo but after seen & heard of those horror stories bout failed setup, i decided to stick to NA for the time being. I'm very satisfied with current setup as its reliability doesnt put me down. I sat & drove a 1.8L mivec turbo that belongs to a close friend of mine & man, those torque just pumping out like crazy...... more enjoying that women enjoying orgasm!!!

Yes, if i wanna go for Mivec with turbo then i gotta get myself a bloody good tuner. Even my current tuner told me that he's not willing to take the risk of blowing up my engine if i keras keras wanna go for turbo onto my mivec. As for me, i dun think that i'm willing to take the risk also as it's just too expensive for me anytime. Last time i went to another well-known tuner shop in Sunway area & they told me once i go for standalone mgmt, it'll be like peanuts only if i wanna go to turbo-up-mivec. Anyway i do came across some bloody staright powerful mivec turbo with special setups even my tuner or me know of.

Yeah! NA still rocks kaw kaw..... when u tarik ur engine that time till the valve timing kicks in, the sound is just priceless! I recalled there's an incident where a Satria mivec (assumed that he's running on 1.6L setup) overtook me & my cousin who's driving the B14 Sentra with NeoVVT. That guy just overtook dangerously when we r cruising shiok shiok at speed of 80-90 kmh, the fella just squeezed into like rushing to hospital collect his 4gotten birth certificate only. We honked him & he showed his bloody finger to us & jammed his brakes in front of us. Makehai, made me tu 7 lan go downshifted from 5th to 2nd & overtake him. My cousin did the same & man, the face of the Satria kena sandwiched with loud mivec engaged & NeoVVT is just priceless!!! I can smiled whenever i recalled it in my dreams. Muahahahaha......

My engine bay photos ar, to be frank with u hor..... i didnt snap any of it till now. Wait till i cleaned up my engine 1st then i'll snap some up. I dont dare to upload here as malu la as it's kinda messed up compared to those of show cars. I send to u ok la.

Frankly, i met with those youngsters last year in Ipoh when i was there working for 3 weeks. *** 9 him ar, said wanna test power for fun only which i rejected many times..... then after much persuasion, i test with him la..... during the 2-3rd gear shift the guy suddenly stick to my car so damn close which made me slowed down. I straight asked him wtf he's doing & he told me his wheel alignments lari suddenly. Goddamit, i told him that i'm not interested to test anymore on how shitty his sportsmanship during friendly drag. When he mati mati wanna go for 2nd round, this time it's my turn to get a good launching & max out without giving him the chance for him to stick close to me anymore. I succeeded & his face turned to dark cloud like "pau cheng tien" @ Justice Pao.

Well, usually i dont redline my car when i'm driving it to work. Nowadays seldom drive out as it's now fitted with rollcage edi after naik pirates ship from my uncle (who happens to be my regular mechanic) la!

Most of the time i shift my gears before it reaches 4000RPM, my mivec will start engage at 4500 rpm all the way to 9200 if i dare la. If i play play around with some sporting guys usually midnites, the most i revved is till 7000-7500 rpm only. The output is kinda flat when my rpm reaches 8500-9000 as i've tried before...... so usually i'll shift between 7000 rpm if i'm in my "speed demon" mode la. Hehehehe......

Those bastards took my headunit & some gauges. They even dare to loosen my steering wheel also. That's farking scary & now my uncle fitted CCTV ard his workshop edi...... feel more secured whenever i left my cars there for servicing or repairs.

Done with my dyno edi but that bloody dynosheet dunno where edi. I even framed that stupid dynosheet after i got it from my tuner. Hahahaha..... i know it sounded silly but who doesnt? That was my 1st time went for dyno tuned ma.

My rollcage is originated from Cusco but then made alterations to it as doesnt fit nicely in my car. Now considered rojak-brand rollcage liao. Sometimes when i'm going to those hotspots area, i'll take out the rollcage & keep in my uncle's workshop as it's just too obvious as my Wira not that super-duper dark-tinted as my Camry previously.

That time not only my car kena, my uncle's other customers' cars also kena. Mostly Mercedes as he's a specialists dealing with Mercedes & Bimmer's problems. Installed what alarm system also die as when those bastards aimed at our cars, u chained it down with 15mm iron chains also die ma. Dont u agree on this bro?

Man, that's sad la.... last time ur GTi also kena stolen? Managed to get it back or not or still MIA? My cousin's previous yr 1999 GTi mai kena stolen, never found it till now where he eventually drove my aunt's W203 C-class till last 2005, where he ordered an GTi R3. He sold the R3 & ordered the latest Civic Type-R..... in fact he collected the car last 2 weeks. I was told by him that he was one of the 1st few owners that collected keys for the latest Civic Type-R!

Yup, Vios able to clock 190km/h anytime if the road length permits. I've personally tried habis meter with my fiancee's stock Vios E specs on KLIA hiway to Putrajaya early this year. The car like floating only...... hahaha.

Last weekend managed to clocked ngam ngam over 200 km/h mark with my fiancee's Vios E specs on the way to KLIA. Snapped a photo by my fiancee..... uploading it once i got the file from her phone.

This the actual photo that i snapped somewhere last year when i was traveling outstation to Ipoh. It was at 5th gear achieving this speed & its heart is a hybrid 1.8L sluggish mivec.

Wah, all so fast la the top speed...... me paiseh tim posted up on last few pages back. I managed to snapped a photo as well related to top speed where i sat in my client's Toyota Mark X 2 days ago clocking 240 km/h on the way to Rawang.

Last week my ride was in workshop for some minor repairs & servicing, so drove my fiancee's Vios to KLIA for a project meeting over there. Managed to clocked 180 km/h on the straight & I believe still can go. Here are the photos I snapped:




My previous Vios 2004 E-spec managed to clocked ngam ngam 200 km/h on the way to KLIA earlier this year. Tried 3 times edi & still running strong.

Seriously, drivers like us (including me) need to have big balls of steel in order to be able to snap photos of the so called Top Speed run & post it here. Anyway, I like the feeling of going for top speed runs whenever there's chance.
