Alright..
Here is mine..a Nissan Sunny 130Y. ![]() This not actually my top speed. The speedactually drops after I shifted into 5th gear due to "tall" gear ratios in Nissan Sunny. My friend which had a 1.5L could go at this speed, much easier. I managed to run my 200K KM Nissan Sunny "finish meter" on 4th gear , at 6000RPM at >180Km/h, before switching into 5th.But it was like watching the paint to dry to achieve that speed. So my apologies if I dont have the picture to support my statement, about me hitting above 180Km/h. But however, it's already quite an achievement, for a car which only has SOHC, 8-valves ,carburator-fed,and just 1300cc, car which was originally intended only for fuel-efficient/fuel economical minded. Bone stock engine. P.s - The mileage is actually over 200K; I've changed the dashboard meter, which has a slightly lower mileage; thats why u see it's still 196+++ This post has been edited by SleeplessEyes: Dec 30 2007, 11:53 PM |

QUOTE(ladyfinger69 @ Jul 7 2008, 06:02 PM) My Nissan Sunny, can go up to 236Km/h ,its 1km/h faster than you and it's faster than your E36.I have a camera phone but didnt take the photo ler...Come on, you own a BMW E36 and you dont have a camera phone. Thats a real good excuse from you. In other words, show us the pic , or else just STFU and dont talk BS. Otherwise even people can claim Kancils can fly at 250Km/h and beat your E36 crap out of it. QUOTE(frankaboo @ Nov 14 2008, 12:32 PM) i've try on my satria 95 spec with evo 1 engine My Nissan Sunny with RB26DET engine from a Skyline GTR version, topped 300Km/H easily at the KESAS Highway. Sadly my meter reads only until 180km/h.Hard to believe I topped 300Km/h, but still, I managed to top that speed without any Speed Meter. 278km den cut d at kesas from pulau indah fishing at mid nite.. rushing beck to home ... using pivot speed meter... my wiper fly away n my door visor broke in to half... so funny... sorry i didnt take de pict coz i need to concerntreat my hendeling...scared Moral of the lesson. No proof of your claims is valid without a picture.Anyone can BS here and get away with it. Show a picture, or others will ask you to STFU and GTFO. This post has been edited by SleeplessEyes: Nov 14 2008, 02:36 PM |
