Hi mate,

Since this few days my Burung hantu speed was badly affected, I only get 1-3 MBPS download speed from speedtest from ookla speedtest but previously I manage to get 10 MBPS to 40 MBPS speed test results.

and yesterday night was the worst, my line was disconnected and my phone show "Limited service only" around 3am, I tried to restart the phone for a few times but is still the same sad.gif

I want my good and stable speed burung hantu back please...

The reload amounts don't stack. shakehead.gif

When you reload RM50, you got 50 days. Then you reload the RM10? Those 10 days started counting from the date of reload, not the date of expiry of the previous reload.

If you want 60 days' validity, you've to do a one-time reload of RM60 - cannot split the amount.
