Hi I was being called by one of the agent for subscribing to this membership with an yearly fee of RM580 while i was searching novotel hotel @ overseas?
Is is good? Any lowyatian here is a member of it? |

I thought i will have addtional 10% on top of everything. Just called to verify that customer service said that because hotel i book is new their system is not updated yet.
