Hi! Not a scam. (1) Email is a must or membership is denied....the best way to keep you informed of promotionals in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific.
(2) Yes, the card number as on its front only is requested. (3) Name for system must be as in your ID card/ Passport but on the Accor Plus membership card can be as you want it. Accor Plus Card is a great value "recoverable" twice or thrice or more within the year.
