For no2, the rm1500 is also a condition that will allow you to have fee waiver for MEPS and HOUSe ATM withdrawal, not sure do you need to keep it for the month or a day or can straight withdraw like ocbc 360

So it means you can just deposit and withdraw the rm1500 on the day itself to entitle the fee waiver? and the fee waiver is valid for the calendar month?

OO, what if you deposit early of the month, they will still charge you then only refund at the end of month too?

Recommend you use SCB for withdrawing instead of ambank. Just need to put rm1500 inside SCB Just One (not sure SA/current). After that just transfer it out since SCB JustOne have free IBFT and IBG.

From my understanding, come Nov 2016 is considered as first year and every True by AmBank debit MasterCard will get their annual fee automatically waived next month. They will only start charging annual fee from Nov 2017.

Anyway, according to the email they sent to all True by AmBank customers. If your True by AmBank debit MasterCard is also linked to a non-fee basic savings account, the annual fee for the debit card will be waived. So, if you must use this True by AmBank account and do not want to pay for the debit card annual fee, you might want to consider opening a basic savings account and link it to your True by AmBank debit MasterCard.
Standard Chartered is not for everyone due to limited branch presence.

Use standard chartered justone/basic saving account.
Free IBG and IBFT. If use Justone account, remember to cancel the card so that won't kena charge annual fees.

My justone have only RM2+ inside.

I told them cancel the card but keep my account. They said ok. So now I have no card but still retain control of my account.

No point have card also. Not much standard chartered atm around.
