Need help i just bought a new xbox one and the first thing the controller won't sync with the console..has anyone experienced this?
I've tried sorts of youtube videos and still didn't work..seriously need help

No wonder .. but after trying a few days with the USB cable which is not long enough. I get back to wireless condition better ..
