disk brake skimming, Penang area

how much izzit, some w/shop quote me $80 for both, they hv machine to do it with tyres still on car, some quote $100 including brake pad, someone told me rm 40 both but u have to take out the disk to some mech w/sop to do it-takes time.anyone hv any idea where cheap?  |
