I've personally know nepguga, or Tan Leong Keong.
And I believe he was scammed, or in other words tricked into this whole thing. What we can do now is to catch the hell out of this so called"scammer" and justified it. I believe we can file a police report and try to call them check from the operator details..hopefully he/she has registered his/her sim card, and we can get more info from them
