one way to prevent this reload exploitation is all the reload transactions (amount) must end with 1 cent,

for example
rm100.01
rm50.01
etc...

without the 1 cent, the reload sellers must not top up any amount to anyone.

if someone is selling something that ends with 1 cent, he is exploiting the handphone reload.

i hope LYN management make this mandatory for reload sellers.

can you handle the truth? i dont wanna hurt you but the truth is there is no solution.

i have been here in this forum for 4 yrs, reading all the con cases in the past years, no one could do anything to the conman, and this case the worse thing is you dont even know his real name, other con cases they the buyers knew the name, they also could not do anything.

however you can start from here:

go to telekom, give them duit kopi if necessary and ask them to trace the ip address to the owner, this is the only route to get to him.

SOLUTION #1:
Consumer Education is a Powerful Weapon
Remedies for victims of fraudulent swindles and con schemes require a team effort on the part of the consumer and moderator:

increased and continued consumer awareness and education on the red flags of fraudulent schemes;
consumers reporting fraudulent schemes to appropriate authorities;
increased communication among gauthorities, and consumers;
fraud detection by authorities, and individuals;
fraud deterrence through the prosecution of the perpetrators; and
the establishment of and rules for restitution and prevention measures.
