yup smile.gif lol oledi broke buying the villa unit so limited budget for renovation

basically look for
1) Plaster ceilling (Exclude wet and yard)
2) Dry kitchen cabinet
3) TV console
4) Wardrobe in masterbedroom

the rest doing slowly in future ...lol
*
Haha.. same me.. but my budget could be less than u..
i also do slowly.. take for 3months.. luckily the the contractor willing do step by step based my budget.. he said i am the 1st who do so less.. so long period for a condo.. like an installment.. haha..

Reasonable price.  I wanted my wardrobe and kitchen cabinets to be up to ceiling height too and most people here don't do that so your pricing will give me a rough estimation how much I need to budget. Can you PM the contractor info?
*
Har? Y not? Full height more than 8ft they can charge an extra cost for each feet.. i think nobody will say NO to money..
Ok.. i pm to u.
