80k is not include home app and furniture..
toilet i din do any tiling works.. cause original already full height.. and my budget also abit only..
coz for me.. a condo need more storage than need pretty tiling on toilet..

Warbode is Rm6000.. plywood formica..

Dry kitchen is Rm6500 for base and wall.. include marble countertop and wiring on wall and decorative glass..
