 Slow connection since last year 2015 (current May, Poor Maxis Connection

Hi maxis,

Please rectify the network at my place Location at Pangsapuri Flora 1, 40150 Seksyen U5, Shah Alam. Beside Bandar baru Elmina.
The connection was very poor recently and until to date.

1) The network status only shown "E" or 2G sometimes "3G" or "H". sad.gif
2) Status bar 1-2 bar. : sad.gif
3) phone - Lenovo ,Samsung , Huawei ( all shown same connection service which was very poor) mad.gif
4) Account no : 1348994094 , 1596365864 , 18166248924

These complaint has been lodged since August 2014( refer to the old report on Maxis Forum). Your action regarding this matters is highly appreciated.

* no need to perform speed test because we can't even open a website with this speed . The customer service person also encourage me to change to others providers if the same persist. sad.gif

Same thing happened to UMobile...
Starting Jan 2015 until now @ Sect 26 Shah Alam, USJ (mostly indoor) and Putra Heights...

(Maybe Umobile using Maxis?)
