Hi,
I had terminated my Maxis Wireless Broadband plan on 22/05/15 after I had subscribed to Maxis Fibre Broadband which has a faster speed and unlimited access.
However, during the termination, I was told by Maxis customer service staff that there is no penalty incurred on the termination as long as I have returned back the phone and modem in good condition.
Please note that both the phone and modem have been returned in good condition.
However, in my latest bill, I was still being charged RM100.
