In regards to your email dated 06/04/2015 on your transaction inquiry.

Based on our records, the RM8.48 levied is the annual service charge plus GST 6% for the option to have unlimited free ATM cash withdrawals.
This amount will be levied on the anniversary date each year. Without this annual fee, you will be charged an RM0.50 on the 5th ATM cash withdrawals.

I just renew my debit card this February and pay RM8, and now Maybank charge me RM8.49 again for the card.

P.S, Renewal is actually free, the RM8 is annual fee for unlimited cash withdrawal.

it's a fees for debit card that you are using. either you choose to deduct annually or RM0.50 cent on every 5th withrawal from your ac.

no need 1 billion la. if i remember correctly is about 20k then they wont charge the annual fee. (need to maintain for a certain days in a year, not last minute bank in 20k then waive)

Itu pun mahu kecoh. Those using cheque books lagi worse. Even cheque issued kena 53 sen with GST. Imagine a company issuing 100 cheques per month... that's RM 53 per month for nothing.
