Just applied Wise card at a book fair. I was told to sign wise card and must with another ImMastercard some kind like that. It is compulsory to get that too?

damnit lor. I asked him twice and more and he said yes. He said the annual fee for the first year is free and second year can be waived if the payment is good. Is that possible to call CS now to cancel another card? I filled up the form on Tuesday.

Just called the customer service regarding the mastercard that comes with wise card. She told me nowadays its compulsory to have 2 cards together. At least I'm not being cheated by the banker. ><

I have called to the CS for 2 times for requesting the pin number to register online account. It has been a month, I still haven't received it. Sigh.

I have agreed with the rm5 fee for requesting the pin number via mail. Not sure if it can be waived if I walk in to the branch directly. I have dealt with a few banks CS but I found out HLB seems like the worst. = =
