i just get my card last week, when CS call me he also say no more gold card but the form still showing there, i just select gold card and still able to go through.

how long it take you to receive the email? i still did not receive any email for transaction done in Monday.
But some payment has gone through.

Can I know the period of 1 month for rebate is base on your statement date or the posting date of the month?

Example:
statement date was 6 aug. Transaction done from 1st to 6 aug consider as aug month or jul month?

from the left side of the receipt having "SMKT" for Aeon supermarket(previously jusco), mean this will be included for cash back?

the another one just showing giant superstore.....

Does the SMKT indicated the mcc code will be under grocery?

if do it at the kiosk mean will need to key in multiple time to enable rm50 per transaction?

try to do it on yesterday and problem still occur.

i try to pay my mobile through digi website also fail.

btw, if i make a payment in payonline today but payment day put as oct, this will post as oct or sep?
