I will assume u have swipe more than 3 time on week days, but it is not guarantee you will get 30% on dining on weekend.

Which day and what time u dine?

How u know card swipe on 12:01am? U are infront of the cashiser and see they swipe?
Also, how you know the time used decide for transaction time, may be server time is slower or faster than actual time.

When u plan to pay for the insurance? Pay few times of RM50 on the same day around the due date?
You might be in trouble if u pay in different date / still no yet due date which insurance company might refund it to you as they considered exceed payment.

Most likely u have to wait before call to waive

Most likely hlb wil no waive for u.

U can choose to cancel the card without pay the AF if no transaction after the AF charged

As long as hlb no send another cc to upgrade u, it will be remain as gold.
Cos gold card have different first 6 digit card no as compare to plantinum card

Even thought this promotion is first come first serve
But, all those meet the requirement in week 1 and week 2 got the rebate becos the manx Rm50000 cash rebate no fully given for week 1 and week 2

1st week? is it 1st week of this promotion? the 1st week of this promotion from 19 May 2015 to 23 May 2015.

Please wake up lar. now is already July. How can be the 1st week on last month?

Do you meet the requirement to swipe 3 transaction on weekday (19 - 22 May 2015) and swipe eligible transaction on weekend (23 - 24 May 2015)?

May be you already 'BLACKLISTED' by Hong Leong since you always name this Wise card as 'STUPID card.

I do not think there is anyone did not get cash back if they meet the requirement and T&C.
