My flight from Shenzhen to KL in December 2013 was delayed by 3 and half hours.
When I returned to KL, I checked my Tune Insurance policy to discover that only a delay over 3 hours is entitled for claim and under M2C Amex Platinum delay over 4 hours. I found it quite unreasonable.
What follow suits is the claiming procedure with Tune which is quite troublesome. After a long 3 months and a series of followup, I was entitled to a meagre compensation.
Seriously would rather choose not to stuck in the plane for 3 and half hours. My plane would have arrived at 1am but instead arrived at 5am in a total zombie mode.
