If I switch from Utility to Grocery category and it is effective in June2015 and
(a) I make a Grocery swipe on 30-May which is posted on 1-Jun, will I earn the 10% CB?
(b) I make a Utility swipe on 30-May which is posted on 1-Jun, will I earn the 10% CB?

The transaction will be counted(qualified 10 transactions) in June2105 as it is posted in June?

item 13 . How will I know which merchants are eligible for cash back in a particular category?
An extensive range of merchants who are eligible for cash back are listed here and it will be updated periodically. Do note that cash back will be awarded based on merchant's corresponding Merchant Category Code (MCC) being assigned on each categories. The assignment of merchant category for each merchant is subject to classification by respective acquiring banks.

for (1a) CS told me diff thing, I don't qualify for Grocery cos when I swipe on 30-May it is not my CB-Category.

for (2) I am not talking about official list but the periodically updated COMPILED LIST from fellow forummers as indicated in item 13 of post#1.

HLB online seem not accept bills payment for most of the categories that entitled for cash rebates. Trying UOBpayonline for tnb bill but it need bills number which I can't get from the bill.

You can "add" when you paying your bill, only allow one bill with multiple times, but not for 2 different bills at the same time...

Example: TNB bill, rm200, you can make it as 4 times by click the "add", TAC will send to your phone one by one after you key in for each transaction. After that, continue another bill

If you only pay the bill with single transaction then no "add" is need

This is doing for those who going to pay multiple transactions under one bill, to split up the amount from total bill.

I keep getting bad gateway, or wrong proxy, something along the lines of that after keying in the OTP/TAC. So frustrating. One damn bill, spent over 3 days to pay. And not even half way done paying ! 

Just got my Public VS, I'm pretty sure your statement are wrong.
Card issuing bank have the final say on UOBpayonline.
And transaction will be done on weekdays, 9-5 only. Any after office hour transaction will be completed on next working day.
