This Hong Leong Bank service is kinda bad.

I applied on July 16th, approved one week later.

Haven't received the card till now. Called CS, he said it has been sent out through NORMAL post.

I was like WAT? Normal post? Not even registered? What about lost credit card and fraud and etc?

All my others credit card were at least sent by POSLAJU. This Hong Leong bank wanna save cost till like this....

I have called to the CS for 2 times for requesting the pin number to register online account. It has been a month, I still haven't received it. Sigh.

I have agreed with the rm5 fee for requesting the pin number via mail. Not sure if it can be waived if I walk in to the branch directly. I have dealt with a few banks CS but I found out HLB seems like the worst. = =

Does he has a booth or something? I prefer to walk in and apply + free gifts 

Thats what I thought too. So I asked the lady handling my application and she said no, must be 50+ only can get cb.

paid some bills today via uobpayonline this afternoon. havent got any email for the transactions. anyone having same thing?

just check your uobpayonline history and also your hlb online banking.

for me, both says paid.

I used payonline since it start operated. In many occasion when too many ppl pay at the same time, there will be system error in which they won't send you email confirmation, but they have pay the bill. So if both has record, email confirmation is not important anymore.

You can try to call them. I tried before. Very troublesome. It will waste a lot of your time in order to get back the email.

Usually after payment , email sent within the mins to few hours. Rarely email sent on next day. If you didn't receive email on day 3, then you need to check the payonline history and cc account.

Finally i got this Wise Card Gold. I am also planning to use Uob payonline to pay my water bills and electric bills.
Is my steps below correct if i use uob payonline to pay my water bills of rm160?
1) Login uob payonline
2) Select water utitilies and pay rm50 using Wise card
3) Key in my TAC received from my hp
4) Make another payment
5) Select water utitilies and pay rm50 using Wise card
6) Key in my TAC received from my hp
7) Make another payment
8) Select water utitilies and pay rm60 using Wise card
9) Key in my TAC received from my hp
10) Log out of uob payonline

Coz I am worry uob payonline/hlb do not allow me to make multiple payments on the same bills on the same day.

If you add 4 times as you mentioned as above, is it consider as 4 transaction or one transaction ?

somehow the 1st send TAC nvr arrive (everytime).. have to resend for my case (received it within 10 secs)

The cc sales person said first year free annual fee then only I sign up to try.

And how bout 2nd year and so on, I heard can waive if swipe more than xx times..  But I see first page say unwaivable. Confused

posonline need to charge 2% for any transactions made.
Well, nothing much you can do. So lesson learnt is, don't apply cards on beginning of month.

I see, then i got no say liao. But need to spend that amount of rm50000 a year, I don't think it is worth.
posonline I never use before(registered but never use).
For your case, looks like transaction failed.

I experienced it before. It was rejected. The reason being, the expiry month and date are reversed. I was so used to UOBPayonline format. After that immediately the tranx got approved.

Just curious, why I dun get the cash back?

Just another quick one, if the statement starts at 18th, so I need to start my 10x RM 50 before the month ends, i.e. before 30th or 31st of the month be eligible for the 10% rebate right? not until till 17th of the following month right?
