Yeah, transactions at petrol station got rejected as well. Sounded like HLB system down.

Does it work as mobile category if you purchase accessories from Maxis physical stores?

Just checked my statement online and realized that I was being charged with the annual fee $160. Can I option to pay only my statement outstanding and cancel the card if I want to avoid the annual fee charge?

yes, just do in this way if you don't want to continue using it. by right, they can't force you to pay the af since af is being paid upfront.

Got my WISE card recently, tried using the payonline to settle my Maxis bill but failed due to Status : Not Approved, anyone knows what is the problem? While trying to pay for my TNB i need to enter the bill no, where is the bill no? I can only see No Akaun, No Kontrak, No. Invoice Cukai and Tarikh Bill on my TNB bill.. Payonline payment is not made immediately?

No. Kontrak is the bill no., it doesn't matter, you can fill in anything there. Most importantly is the account no.

i think terminal swipe is ok kot, but anything online that require TAC would fail.

going for groceries later, hopefully no issue swiping Wise.


update: called CS. they confirmed having issue yesterday until 3pm. no more issue since then.
