Hi Maxis,
the purpose of forum is to discuss and dig answer publicly. If every solution is PM'ed then what's the purpose of setting up this forum ? Might as well setup a ticketing system and let user email you guys directly ain't easier? Just my two cents. Adam |

u can count how many pm to see how many cases they handle.
Or u can see how fast they response. ( no necessary solve the problem). Personal data act make them cannot share what they did? |
