today is 26th May 2015 dowmtime almost three weeks.. An TM guy came to confirm the fiber to the gpon is faulty on 20th May. It only took him two minutes and he left.
since then, we have make countless call to followup. We are given the excuse "We are yet to get an appointment" with no end in sight.

Without internet, we do no work. We use hp tethering exhausted all our expensive data plan. and it is very slow.

As i have told your support agents, if we cannot get any service to lay a simple fiber. We will engage third party to fix the problem and bill it to maxis.

If maxis cannot fix a simple problem like this, should not be in the fiber business!!!!

The level of service provided is just pathetic and unacceptable. Maxis should committed a prompt service and not waiting for more than 10 days for your technician to respond.

Please send an engineer on monday 18th May. TQ

First of all, allow us to clarify on the dates scheduled. The proposed date for us to appointment is on the 20th of May, and not on the 25th. Any inconvenience due to the miscommunication is much regretted.

Hi bro, you issue only 6 days plus... and my issue starting 7th May till now cannot fix...both parties playing "TAI CHI" now....really fell disappointed....
