Hey all,

If my hotlink is currently in non-active state (with more than 10RM credits), and I request for SOS credits, my active period will be valid for 1 day right?

Will my non-active period count be restarted after that 1 day validity?

For e.g.:
26 May: Hotlink currently non-active but I request for SOS credits.
27 May: Active period expires and switches back to non-active.
Will my non-active period end after 50 days from 27 May? Or will the 50 days start even before I requested for the SOS credits?

Hi,

Validity for 1 day means you can use the SOS credit for 1 day.
50 days will start even before you has requested for the SOS credit.

TQ

So in this case the 50 days will restart counting once the 1 day validity expires?
