Not only AH6i, also MD530D alot people still aim cheap price.
Agree, i still prefer ESSCOM and all other country area  use proper Attack helicopter, due to long range needed and fire power, also distance to base and sea require long range. prefer,WZ10, Tiger or T129 Atak, all can fly more than 500km with weapon. we need more bigger picture.

Our PUTD already have AW109LUH, it same funtion like UH72A (H145M)
anyway both is 2 different weapon, different propose, different mission, different tactic,  just like compare apple to orange.
*
LUH don't have rear clamp shell door, Lakota have it. In case of medevac, bigger space means more stretchers inside Lakota.
the Blackhawk is gas guzzler. hehe

well our PUTD LUh no have medevac version, if case emergency need medevac, it use side door .  just like Bomba AW109.
this is differences helicopter design culture between AW and Eurocopter Airbus Helicopter. that why most medevac helicopter is using EC135/145.
PUTD only use agustawestland helicopter
*
last time used Nuri oni for medevac, escorted by Alouette. but Nuri is too big for medevac ooo... need to make clearing the size of Texas to put its wheels down.
like i said earlier, get Lakotas and arm them. tadaa! u got troop carrier, recon, medevac in one bird. small foot print and agile oso.
teh LUH, arm them to the teeth, let it loose on the pilaks on d boats. put wescam mx-15 camera, can become hunter oredi.

Russia's new super tank is supposedly 20 years ahead of Western designs - but that didn't stop it breaking down in Red Square

user posted image

Russia claiming its new T-14 Armata tank is the "world's deadliest tank" and is capable of turning INVISIBLE to enemy radar.

But the unveiling of the "super tank" in Moscow's Red Square left Vladimir Putin red-faced as the high-tech killing machine reportedly stalled on parade.

The Russian military will be hoping to put that little problem behind them though, as it prepares to reveal the tank at the Russian Arms Expo in September.

Developers have already begun boasting that the T-14 is 20 years ahead of anything produced in the West.

"We made a tank invisible," said Vyacheslav Khalitov, the director of the tank’s manufacturer UralVagonZavod.

"We have applied this system stellz deep-technology radio-absorbing materials, special paint and rational architecture of the machine itself," he told a radio station in Russia.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will have to wait until 2018 to get the T-14 tank into production
The materials act as a cloaking device and disrupt the infared signals that enemies would use to pinpoint its location.

It's also packed with top-grade military tech including heat-seeking target finders and a remote-control gun turret.

According to Russian sources, the T-14 Armata is expected to go into production in 2018.

The notion that the T-14 'broke down' is also stupid. Most people didn't even see the entire incident. It did stop for a while and a recovery vehicle was summoned to pull it away (and failed), but it was rectified by the technician from the manufacturer rather quickly and later the T-14 moved away on its own power.

Most likely just a glitch or very minor defect causing it to lose power for a while, but nothing like "har har stupid commie russkies, tank break down=useless tank USA #1. USA USA!!!"

exactly. so x heran pun. no big issues there.

Both are outdated platform
Why take a platform that will be soon phased out
*
Actually E-2D is new system, only that the fuselage design is old. Everything round up is new, no re-manufacture one. SDD phase for E-2D just completed like 3 years back and fleet is still receiving new airframes today.
E-2C yes outdated, even with E-2C 2000 oso just upgrade from old ones.
Both are operated by USN, the difference is E-2D is carrier borne, and more of carrier battle group AWACS and, unlike P-8 is hunting surface and sub-surface.
