Raoq not a big problem.
normally if i face him, 1st  armor break from bella, then 3rd skill from water samurai then can kao tim n tapao even Raoq is lvl 40. 

only a problem if speedy leader + speedy megan -> to boot up violent  Raoq.   

conclusion : arena is all about speed

alot mobs design for certain function. not all is round table bro..............
each mobs same like human, got their own strength and own weakness.

some mobs is attacker types. some is supporting types. some is healing types.
some mobs design to put a dot, some to stunt, some to cc, some to aoe, some to healing whole team bla bla bla..............
each design to take a part in team (to make your team perfect)

take example my teshar. good for dungeon, and AO. but not good in toa, AD.

bernard is good because

high base spd and defense.

third skill spd and atb boost

second skill atk/def debuff.

first skill dmg according to spd.

Thats why making it super speedy allowing for more spd/atb boost and more dmg.

water bird? sigmarus? sigma is good too that's why u can see sigma in most of farmable team. put in despair for dungeon/toa and rage for arena. violent also can.

1) check your runes. 6* max slot 2/4/6 is very important.
2) check the synergy. who move first/second etc. def breaker must go before nuker.
3) if your AD is always failed, you must ensure you always success in AO. choose ur opponent wisely.

for D10, i saw hwa and verdehille. use them. along with sigmarus,bella,veromos. this should be able to clear under 2 mins with correct runes.

from ur list mob, i think u stuck at c1 because not much atk variation. need more nuker.

my AD still have 1day ago history...

very hard to achieve with all squishy monsters lo. once bella failed to seize the immunity all died. stage 3 zaiross+2 crystals focus 1 mob also died.
