hi maxis,

boleh tak jangan suka makan duit orang tanpa kebenaran. saya tak pernah subcribed dan tak pernah tau apa benda hidup2 ni tibatiba dapat message
rm0.hidup2:successful reg... blablabla...tak payah tulis penuhla yer...rasanya ni dari pihak maxis sendiri, dan ini adalah isu lama.

tolong unsubcribed reg ini secepat mungkin...

no tel saya : 0112351××××
no sim kecik sangat sampai saya tak nampak...kena pakai kanta agaknya baru nampak... pls la maxis... jangan makan duitorang dengan cara macamni

U can call maxis customer service, usually they will assist you to unsubscribe. Else, file a complain to SKMM.

i dont have credit,,, buy credit ngam2 to subcribed fb internet package and suddenly without credit successfull reg hidup2?

tq ph 7.00 i will report this matter as soon as they deduct my credit next two weeks after i topup...if they deduct and telan rm3

This problem I face 2 years ago. I used celcom. Yes, multiple automatic subscriptions. RM20 loss just like that. I annoyed and call celcom service centre which was fortunately very-very friendly, they help me in checking the history and if any deduction occurs. Yes, they were multiple reductions related to the unintended subscriptions. They guided me to unsubscribe one-by-one. After that, I didn't receive any random subscriptions. Gudluck. thumbup.gif
