I edited my PC BIOS boot sequence on Saturday and my PC won't boot after the changes. It constantly displayed the "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key". I tried to inserted my USB/DVD boot disk yet it is not responding. Follow some guidance found in internet hence I reset my CMOS memory by charging the CMOS jumper after power off & unplug from power source. After that the PC booted into windows loading screen but it went off suddenly. Now, the PC won't boot to BIOS but keep on repeat the boot loop (Power on, run for few seconds, auto power off then auto power on again and keep on repeat until I manually disconnected the power source). What shall i do now? Anyway to recover or i need to send my MB for RMA?
Thank you for your assistance in advanced.

After clear CMOS, leave only your boot HDD / SSD, check its power & SATA cable too. Let it reboot a few time, at least 3 time for my Z77MA-G45 after clear CMOS or change to default BIOS.

Will give a try at home later to clear the CMOS and try with only my SSD to boot.

Tried to fixed the boot & mbr yet no luck. Tried to repair Windows prompted with error "hard disk is locked". At the end had to delete the partition in my SSD and reinstall Windows 8.1 under fresh installation.

Usually it is HDD either on IDE mode or AHCI mode.
Maybe your HDD is in IDE mode, BIOS reset might turn to AHCI mode which Windows will not boot up. Just change HDD mode from one to another or vice versa will fix the problem easily.
