price also change from 170k to 180k.
btw, anybody knows if that price including parking or not?

i submitted my docs on 18june, sime darby PIC said already pass my docs to LPHS on 12 july, till now no response.
call sime darby PIC, she said i need to call LPHS direct to know my status (got unit or not - since my status in LPHS is "Ditawarkan rumah").
call2 LPHS at 03-55102122/77 from 8am till now no pickup/ response.
so frustrating. how do i contact them?
anybody got the same issue as me?
if need to go LPHS direct, i need to take off day.

btw, my only worry is that i 'accidentally' used the 10% deposit.
lagi lambat dapat result, lagi banyak ter'pakai' nanti.
thats why need to know fast.

last time when submit docs, the PIC said need to standby 10% depo somemore.
and said wait for 2 months then ballot.

now already 3 months and no response or whatsoever.
damn, waiting is tiresome.

so what is the best unit for type C from your opinion?
what block and what floor is the best?

received letter from SD to make payment 100 (water deposit) + 510 (electric deposit).
hopefully can get the keys asap.

also got email from them for the maintenance fee.
advance billing for 4 months (total of RM660+)

maintenance fee - 149.24
sinking fund - 14.92
each month = 164.16

they even got apps for owners, PH Harmoni 1.
atm got 100+ downloads.

Update.
Just lalu the project.
Those who got access card , can enter their unit already.
Atm got around 50s unit already got keys and access card - claimed by the guard.
No key no enter.
