Restrictions on future sale and rental still applicable to new owner. The only good about rsku auction is 'open' to all buyers .... meaning those with current registered property can bid and no income restriction.

First buyer and lelong buyer must apply for consent for subsale transaction. Normal tnc applicable for seller and buyer.

Any idea on Rumah Selangorku RSKU : Harmoni 2 in Putra Heights?

I heard it is close to Harmoni 1. Please confirm.

Is Harmoni 2 opened for registration? Thanks!

The land sale just transacted and it wont be soon. From legal documents to planning approval, it will take another 1-2 years b4 launching.
