The sequence is like this.
1) Apply on LPHS website and put daerah “Petaling” mukim “Damansara”. Submit all the documents online on LPHS website.

2) Wait for your status turn into “Ditawarkan Rumah”. Approach Sime Darby The Glades gallery to submit your hardcopy documents.

3) Wait for a month and call this number tel:03-5510 2122 to check with LPHS your status. Ask if all the documents required had been received from Sime darby to LPHS. Check if offer letter had been printed and send back to Sime Darby Glades. Repeat this many many times until your offer letter had been send to Sime Darby.

4) If your offer letter had been received by Sime Darby, they will whatsapp you and ask you to come for ballot. At the same time, they will send the hardcopy offer letter to your house.

5) Go for balloting as set by Sime Darby.

6) Proceed to apply loan like normal procedures.

They have both agreement.. and i got two separate invoice , one agreement with the developer and one agreement with bank......
