 Poor Data Signal in Kulim

1. Define customer problem: Phone and data network quality has dropped in the area around KTC. My colleagues and I have been getting no signal inside buildings; outside provides 2-3 bars. We're all receiving complaints that we aren't reachable at work.
2. Latest Date and Time the incident occurred: Now.
3. Problem since (Days/ Weeks/ MM/ YY): April-May 2015.
4. Exact Location (full address): Jalan Mahang, Kulim Hi-Tech City, 09000 Kulim.
5. Nearest landmark: Hospital Kulim
6. Signal Bar displayed: 0-1/4
7. Network Mode displayed: E/3G/H/H+
8. Device model: Various

Previous staff question:
Have you tried swapping the sim card to another device and monitor the progression?
No, but it probably doesn't make a difference since most of my colleagues using Maxis are reporting the same problem.
