connection blocked to certain online games?

Did Maxis Broadband block connection to this following games
Blacklight Retribution Neverwinter Star Trek Online and the following website Perfect World Entertainment/ArcGames The reason is i'm unable to login to the games and able to view the page. The technical team from those said the ISP is blocking connection to the said games and website. My account no. 1777975713 |

I have no idea how to tell. I'm using the wireless broadband. Anyway still need confirmation from the Maxis representative.
