Just bought this monitor yesterday, the color and image are awesome.

However my panel have 1 small grey/black pixel stays on middle part of screen, wondering will I be able to claim 1 to 1 exchange for that?

Also for 1 to 1 exchange izzit onsite service or we have to pack and ship it back and wait for replacement?
