Has anyone successfully lose weight through intermittent fasting? My eating window is 6 hours from 11am - 5pm. I eat oatmeal with milo, egg whites, bread and tuna(olive oil) during the 6 hours period. I've did research online and there are a lot of articles support and against this kind of diet. Is there anyone who did this and mind to tell me how effective is this? Thank you P.S it's my 3rd day doing this. This post has been edited by MassimoTuna: May 23 2015, 11:15 PM

Good. Capture your picture infront mirror everyday and do it for a month. After 1 month, compare the first day and the 30th day. See the difference yourself.

It's better to eat even a piece of bread early on to jump start your metabolism. As for fasting, I have no comment. If you enjoy it why not but how long can you sustain it?

I eat at 11 in the morning. And I fast from 5pm onwards till the next morning (11am). So, I basically eat for 6 hours and fast for 18 hours

QUOTE(Invince_Z @ May 24 2015, 08:33 AM) yeah. ts should eat in the morning. banana would do. Aye, I actually do eat breakfast in the morning but usually after 10. QUOTE(-kytz- @ May 24 2015, 09:22 AM) Do you really want to burn body fat that badly that you would change your eating habits completely? Kind of. My body is not very proportionate. Upper body is fit but the lower body is fat especially the buttocks area. It's like that because of my father's family line's gene. And, my previous eating habit was even worse. I eat whenever I feel I like to or hungry. You can say I was a glutton but now I'm practicing heavy self control.

You can't control specifically where to lose fat, only your body can decide.
