My home internet ADSL is running very very slow and no sound for telephone since Wednesday.
I've make a case with Maxis since Wednesday - C16387818, helpdesk told me Thursday morning technician will come and fix.
Thursday i wait wait wait at home, no call and fix from Maxis. Till night, i called Maxis again, they said will come Friday morning again to fix.
Friday i wait wait wait at home, no call and fix from Maxis again. So at night, I called Maxis again, they told me same thing - Saturday morning will come and fix.
Till now - Saturday night, still no call and fix from Maxis, i called again and again to Maxis, same thing they told me tomorrow will come and fix...
That was funny and no responsible from Maxis that treat customer this way...
May i know how many MONTHS or YEARS i need to wait? Or i change another telo will be faster???
Hope a immediate reply from Maxis.
