Again, people choice. You really want people to dictate what you wear? I don't care people going to war naked or fully armored, as long they can do their job. Why can't official event use traditional cloth to "preserve" culture? tell me poi? Should they go majlis keaagaman/perayaan using jean or business suit or bikinis?

You people fight for freedom of choice and free speech, but being hypocrites like me kinda spoil the fight poi.

My point is Tux & suits will remain but baju kebaya & other traditional attire will hilang ditelan zaman coz jubah will take over. Dont be surprised if kebaya is labelled haram in the near future. Culture is our identity, religion is our way of life.

P/s: i too graduated with hypocrisy

I don't really care. Culture come and go poi. Probably in the next 100 years, most people won't even wear any cloth anymore.

+1

ppl are free to appreciate whatever they want and should not be forced.

if a malay is allowed to appreciate baju kurung and wearing it eherever they go, they should be allowed to opine otherwise and doesnt display malayness in that sense, and still be malay.. same goes to other races/colors nod.gif
