I know that this has been a very long post but have you paid off ALL your bills or free from any contracts, if you are a postpaid user?

If you are a prepaid user, is your line active and did you provide the correct information during sign up for prepaid account?

Lets say prepaid. If you've provided the address 123, Jalan Ipoh to Maxis, but when you're applying for MNP to Celcom and you've provided 123, Jalan PENANG. You'll be rejected.
