do you think it is easy to sell back once completed?
the accessibility/advantages that I can find out are:
- very nearby DUKE highway (very last exit ampang which those who use this road daily, can easily checkin to their house)
- very nearby AKLEH highway (go straight heading to petronas ampang and turn left)
- very nearby to MRR2 (definitely since this project located just left side of MRR2 heading to Cheras, or can u-turn nearby if you want to use MRR2 to Gombak)
- facilities worth of RM100++ maintenance fees every month
- fully furnished (except TV and astro)
the above give me considerations for booking as second property since i stay nearby that area...
any recommendation for bank loan?
with 90% loan, for something below than 300K to me I still can afford for 2019 completion
