Block A should have the best view base on its location.
I personally think that when it comes to Sub-sale upon completion Block A will perform better in terms of Sell/Rent

Subsale buyers pay more to get the best units ma...
I think most of the subsale buyers or tenant will choose the best first.
Also Block A have lesser density compare to Block B & C.
Block A got only 36storey whereas the other 2 blocks got 40storey
