I wont believe this kind of marketing technique.

1st of all, it seems like no information in the internet at all not even at Andaman website.

2nd, how many can get loan and its thru agent not developer. They can claimed 200% sold but just a claimed by agent nia. Most likely next month u can hear 80% canx their purchases.

Unit sold should be counted after SnP is signed not booking fees.

Some of the developer allowed booking fees to be refunded.

U all sure the interest rate wont increase through out your loan period??? Anyway, is this a commercial unit? Any GST?

$300,000 units are for lower floor. Higher floor u need to pay more. Then must check with developer how many car parks available since only 1 car park is allocated.
